First off, let's talk about the room amenities. The ironing facilities were great - super handy for keeping my clothes looking sharp during my trip. The heating in the room worked well, but the air conditioning was a bit of a letdown. It didn't cool the room as effectively as I would have liked, which made for a somewhat uncomfortable night's sleep. I did appreciate having tea and coffee facilities in the room, but it would have been even better if they provided more coffee cups and supplies. The free toiletries were a nice touch, but the bathroom could have been cleaner. There were some issues with the cleanliness that definitely need attention. the flat-screen TV was a nice addition for some evening relaxation. The housekeeping service was a bit rushed, and the room could have been cleaner overall. The floor was carpeted, which I prefer over parquet floors, but there were some spider webs in the corners that made me a bit uneasy. As for the staff, they were a bit aloof when I checked in, which was a bit off-putting. The front desk could have been more welcoming and accommodating. I did have to request a different room due to a strange smell, but unfortunately, they were unable to accommodate that request. In terms of location, the property was well-lit and felt safe, but the noise from the nearby parking lot was quite disruptive. With easy access to a variety of nearby parks like Blackie Chesher Park just over 2 kilometers away and Marty Robbins Park less than 3 kilometers from my room plus a bunch of delicious eateries including Cattleman's Steakhouse and Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen within a short drive, I found it incredibly convenient for my desire to stroll around the city and discover local spots while enjoying my weekend getaway and the staff was friendly and efficient making my stay smooth yet it's a straightforward place with no frills that could benefit from some updated decor.

I chose this hotel for its convenient location near the El Paso Mission Trail, but was pleasantly surprised by the easy access to shopping malls, the Tinsel Town movie complex, and a variety of restaurants within a half mile. The complimentary coffee in the lobby was a nice touch.

The location was perfect, surrounded by a variety of restaurants, including the delicious Rudy's BBQ. Plus, the property was well-maintained, clean, and provided a great value for the price. I appreciated the no-frills simplicity that offered exactly what I needed for a comfortable stay.

Some minor cleanliness issues were noted, such as seeing a cleaning glove left in the room and a small insect in the bathroom. The air conditioning unit in my room wasn't functioning, but thankfully the room temperature was still comfortable.
